"Although I have been a State Farm member since I began driving, in all of those years I have never once visited the local office. I recently went into this particular office to ask questions I had in regard to billing and was left feeling regret for not making an effort to come into the office more frequently. Although it was during an obvious lunch period, Denny Resumadero and his staff on hand, Marisa, went above in beyond to service me as soon as I walked through the door. They were welcoming and created a truly familial atmosphere where I felt like I was not actually speaking to an insurance representative. They spoke truthfully and answered my questions promptly.
